For us, it’s quite simple—our main mission is to create and deliver amazing products that you LOVE! But we understand that things happen sometimes.
This is our refund policy for the ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP.
It’s a bit of a long read, but it’s important.

RETURN POLICY

Customers at ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP have a 100-day satisfaction guarantee.

The first day of this 100-day period is the day the customer receives their shipment.

How do I return a product?

  • If you wish to return an item, you will find a return label in the package.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as when received, whether unused or used, with all labels and in the original packaging.
  • No extra costs – we always cover the return shipping.
  • Once we have received and approved the item at our warehouse, the refund will be processed automatically.

Please make sure to follow the applicable return conditions and have all relevant information available, such as your order number and contact details, for any potential return.

REFUNDS

The Satisfaction Guarantee means you will receive a full refund if you are not satisfied, within 100 days of receiving the product.

If a refund is required, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the depreciation in value compared to the original value of the product if it is used or damaged.

DAMAGES AND QUESTIONS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
