This is our shipping and return policy for the ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP.

SHIPPING POLICY
We partner with DHL to ensure safe and fast deliveries.
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link. With this link, you can track your order in real-time and choose your preferred delivery option directly through DHL.
If you place your order before 12:00 PM, your package will be shipped the same day and usually arrives the following day.
If you place your order after 12:00 PM, your package will be shipped the next day and will arrive the day after that.
UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
Unclaimed shipments are returned to us after approximately 7 days. For unclaimed shipments, we reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping, service fees, and handling charges, up to a maximum cost of 20€.
